NYFW is coming on Thursday. I wish I could be there. I always have a dream to come to New York to watch New York Fashion Week live. In years later, perhaps? InshaAllah. Let's dream it! And make it! It would be amazing to see Alexander Wang, Rachel Zoe, Phillip Lim, and Proenza Schouler-their pieces of art come alive down on the runway. Meeting street style and watching them got shot by street style photographer, seeing important in this fashion industry. I would be something that I can't never explain.
I've been keeping my eyes on what's going on with fashion in Indonesia. There's a lot of local brand here is currently growing. The quality that they give to us is no question ask. Even some people still asking. I know that they afraid local stuff is not good. Import stuff is. That's not true. Both are great. I keep finding new local brands (or maybe I didn't know before) every time.
Sometimes, I always have this thought: "I don't wanna look like other. I wanna have one of kind fashion items." That's sometimes makes me stupid. Last year I lost a lot of my clothing items including the vintage ones. I can never be angry at someone. How I show my angry is crying or shutting up then thinking. When, I lost my clothes I know literally that this is the side effect having them: you can't find them again in similar. Now, I starting to buy anything that I like lol. But, still stay on my budget, of course!
I wore this overall only twice (including this post), It's pretty much challenging pairing an overall with anything in my closet and how to make me not looked like a farmer. I decided to wear this outfit to the mall last weekend.
Last semester, I had an exhibition as the finale of last semester hectic season. Everyone of us, should make a visual identity of a fictional brand that we created. I got into the beauty and health group. That's why I chose to make a cosmetic brand. My (fictional) cosmetic brand is called Mod.east. It needs a very very long brand description, I think I'm gonna skip this part. I've been worked on this visual identity for about 16 weeks including finding brand name, logo, designing, and production. I didn't just designing the packaging, but also on office letters, envelopes, graphic manual, business card, campaign, etc. But, I'm just gonna show the packaging design only just simply because I love my works ♥ (and this is related to fashion, the office stationary are not! hehe)
I'm in love with tweed since two years ago, I guess. I'm so excited for tweed this spring. I was inspired with Chanel Spring Summer 2014 collection, tweed everywhere! I think tweed is so chic. Whatever the design of the piece, it always make you look chic in a second. That's when the jacket is found. I didn't buy it everywhere. I found it in my mom's closet. She doesn't wear it for years! That's why I didn't know that she has it! It's from early 1800, I haven't been born. I still want to buy tweed pieces in other designs. I want to collect them! It's been three weeks and my last post. Sorry folks! It just college thing is going crazy. It still eight weeks to go to the end of this semester. Now, at the middle of the night, I'm writing this post with annoying flu which makes me always wanna lay around.

Weekend is here! Finally have the time for doing my favorite things: blogging. After going through busy days, I managed my time to edit the outfit photos. I never have the photos of my one outfit taken itn 197 frames! I didn't realized that until Friday, which is three days of the photos were taken (exactly Tuesday). Crazy! Although at the end I just post not more than 15.

Spring is coming. But in Indonesia, the weather's still rainy. So, I've been geared myself with outerwear. One of them are this jacket. This jacket is actually I got almost a year ago. I remember it was difficult to find a leather jacket that perfectly fit my personality. I like jacket that biker inspired. I think it always makes me more confident than usual. I love leather, well I don't really like wearing genuine leather that comes from animal, I like the faux version.
Recently, I've been made myself into sweatshirt and sweater. I like them because it's so sporty and simple to wear everyday. I got this owl sweater from Gogirl! Magazine February edition. I love it. I've been searched for grey sweater but I couldn't find the perfect one. And finally, I have it even it's a bit small for me.
This is my outfit on Monday. I though I must wearing bright color or something that can't provide a good mood after heavy ashes rain from Mt. Kelud eruption (even though is 93 miles southeast away) on last Thursday at night (Februari 13th). On Friday morning, my scooter covered with a lot of tiny ashes that almost invisible to see because they're in 5-10 microns. Pretty much sad that day, but Alhamdulillah the eruption is getting better everyday.
Hey there! I'm officially entering fourth
semester! So, it’s time to work harder than ever. Hopefully this semester won’t be as crazy as last semester (but, I think it’s gonna be crazier).
Yesterday was my first day of this semester and these are what I wore to the class
but with different hijab style and glasses.
It has been cloudy everyday. The sun is hiding behind dark clouds. The wind blows very strong. This particular atmosphere always success make me lie around in my room, hug my Keropi doll until I oversleep. Sometimes I make a cup of coffee or chocolate milk as my companion during editing the interface of this blog and keep this on my mind: "always have the sun spirit". Always keep on your mind, even though it's cloudy outside your house. you have to think that the sun is smiling on you right now :)
How are you guys? Hope you guys have amazing day at work, school, or anywhere you be! How am I? Well, Indonesia doesn't have four seasons like US, we just have two seasons. Rainy and Summer (or hot?). And now, we're in rainy season. The weather is totally good for me because I don't really like hot weather. But, I don't like when I have to be at home all the time because of the rain. So sorry to make you confused about what I said. So now, I'm at home. Doing anything I can do to make my holiday productive.
I love foods! Who doesn't? I love eating sushi, pancakes, or anything that eatable as long as it's not spicy. One of the advantages being me is I'm stuck on my weight. My weight just about 42-45 kg. It's never been reached 47 kg. Whatever I eat! My mom was so panic when I was in fourth grade. She though I have a disease or something in my the digestive system. I remember that I went to the doctor and the doctor told me that I'm okay and it just me who doesn't want to eat. I just don't care because it's completely false. I eat everything (except spicy food, of course). I just be happy all the time. So, I've never worried like the others girls. It makes me love my life more, and feel so thankful. Alhamdulillah! :)
Mostly of you are instagram user I believe. #tbt, I didn't thing this hashtag was famous before instagram. In my instagram feed, a lot of my following accounts do #tbt when it comes to Thursday. Now its my turn doing #tbt. This post actually already drafted since August. But, I can't even remember why I delay to post. It's before I decided to wear hijab, so you see my hair that was 4 months ago.
LAST OUTFIT FROM 2013. This is the last outfit photos that I took from 2013. I realized that in 2013, I didn't post as many as in 2012. I was so busy because this is my second year in college. Now, I'm working on final projects of this semester. So, this post is gonna be short post because I have to work on my projects again. But, I can tell you one of my resolution of 2014 is blogging more often.
